Wellbeing at AirTanker

ATr believe employees are central to, and are at the heart of, the company making it the success it has become. We actively support, invest in and focus on the mental, social, physical and community wellbeing of our colleagues to create a “good work” experience, committing to improve staff wellbeing to create happier relationships, life and work experiences.

ATr provide a wide range of wellbeing services designed to alleviate workplace and personal difficulties and worries. Complimentary services are primarily provided by our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), and Life Insurance policy providing confidential work/life support to colleagues and their immediate family members.

Peer support networks are also available to colleagues experiencing challenges to their wellbeing, whether at home or work, for those who would benefit from talking to someone in confidence. Trained Peers provide the opportunity to talk confidentially, actively listening and guiding colleagues to wellbeing support agencies who can help manage, alleviate or remove stresses and strains.
