Work Experience

AirTanker is delighted to offer formalised work experience opportunities to students at local schools; two work experience weeks were held in April and July 2023, as well as several individualised placements.

Applications are considered based on both merit and on a first come, first served basis.  The scheme is not advertised, however application forms are sent out to students who write in requesting a placement with us and who evidence a genuine interest in the aviation industry.  AirTanker is particularly keen to welcome aspiring engineers who are interested in applying for our engineering apprenticeship scheme.

To apply for work experience, please write into the Talent and Development Manager at careers@uk.airtanker.co.uk.
